Information collection - enquiry forms

We request information from our users on our enquiry forms. A user must provide contact information (name, e-mail, and address etc). This information is used for enquiry purposes and to enable us to respond to customers' enquiries. We usually email an acknowledgement for each form. If we have trouble processing an enquiry, the information is used to contact the user.

Communications from the site - newsletter and updates

We periodically send out e-mails with new services and special offers at our site. Users are given the option to opt-out of these e-mails. Users can also voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. We ask for contact information (e-mail and name). This information is used only for distribution of the e-mail newsletter and updates.

Sharing aggregate information

We share aggregated demographic information with our advertisers. The information is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Surveys

Occasionally our site requests information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary. Survey information is used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. Users' personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties. We may use an intermediary to conduct these surveys, however, they may not use users' personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Security

All of our users' information, including the sensitive information, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific task (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Correcting/updating/deleting/deactivating personal information

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as phone, e-mail or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
