Our spaces are designed with you in mind, giving you the freedom to create the right atmosphere to produce the best results. Suitable rooms include:

Capacity

The delicately designed, Lilac and Green Boardrooms have the capacity for 8 people. The large Georgian style windows allow natural light to flood the room helping to ensure concentration positive environment for clear thinking and discussion.

Both rooms come with environmental controls that allow you to control levels of lighting as well as the comfort of your attendees.

Should you require a larger meeting space, Trafalgar Events are also able to offer larger rooms. All of which can hold between 20 to 25 people when used in boardroom set-up or up to 80 people in theatre style.

Facilities

All areas of the venue are equipped with full wireless Internet access at £5 per hour and photocopying and printing facilities are also available. A wide variety of Audio Visual equipment can also be hired if necessary with a trained member of technical staff on standby. See our Audio Visual Page for more info.

Refreshments

Trafalgar Events is also able to provide scheduled refreshment breaks throughout your meeting at a reasonable cost; supplying anything from hot drinks to mid morning snacks, buffet lunches and formal sit down dinners. Simply mention when booking and we will tailor a package to suit you.
