Spread across five floors of clean, contemporary design, the Trafalgar Events’ conference rooms are designed to suit a broad spectrum of conference requirements. The zesty, complementary colour scheme gracefully weaves its way from room to room, highlighted by pockets of natural light, making it a refreshing and professional setting to accommodate your conference needs. Capacity

The majority of the rooms can host conferences for between 25 and 80 delegates, depending on the layout required.

The smaller Blue Room provides a more intimate environment for smaller conferences or break-out sessions and can comfortably accommodate up to 40 delegates.

All rooms work with the theatre style set-up usually preferred at conferences but chairs can be arranged to suit individual requirement. All of our conference rooms have step free access to ensure that your event is fully accessible.

Facilities

A full range of AV equipment is available to hire as well as podiums and projections screens, which are crucial for delivering professional and efficient presentations to a large audience. All equipment is assembled before you arrive and support is on hand to resolve queries and help you run a smooth conference.
